Contract and Temporary Services
Our team approach and strong candidate network allow us to act quickly and effectively, especially when faced with tight turnaround times and heavy volumes. We have recruited a high-volume of candidates across multiple functional areas, often delivering successful candidates within days of receiving the order. Our payroll options include temporary, temp-to-perm, or permanent arrangements. As employer-of-record for our temporary employees, we cover all EI, WSIB, CPP and EHT deductions and payments as well as source deductions and provision of T4′s and Records of Employment. Our turn-key payroll solution even allows existing employees to be paid through Peak Associates to relieve you of the employer’s administrative and regulatory burden. With a temporary employee, you only pay for the hours worked.
